On Monday, June 3, the president of the United States, Donald Trump, officially announced that the US government had received notification from the Russian government that the departure of all political and military members who were in Venezuelan territory was being established.

It's not a secret to anyone, that Venezuela is currently experiencing one of the worst political crises that history has ever witnessed, not only in Latin America, but throughout the world. At the end of the eighties, Venezuela was positioned in a very important line, both in political and economic matters. A country full of economic powers, natural and mineral resources, a highly developed and efficient infrastructure, and basic services that were on par with the services that a first world country offered at that time, adding to this, one of the most important powers that Venzuela had at an economic level: PETROLEUM.

Venezuela is one of the countries with the largest petroleum reserves in the world, which made Venezuela a much more attractive country for all those investors and oil companies around the world, as well as providing a very sustainable economy for its own population. All the previously exposed, and adding the incredible mining strip that contains that country, they made that Venezuela was positioned as one of the countries with greater development to world-wide level.

Unfortunately, in the last twenty years, things have given a sudden and negative change in that territory, being impossible to believe that the country that once was compared to the most developed countries in the world, today is totally sunken and without an exit in a severe crisis at political, social, and economical level.

Since the arrival in Venezuela of Hugo Chávez in 1999, the Venezuelan population has witnessed how their country sinks more and more into a deep hole and plunges more and more into the ruins, reaching a point where the situation it even seems '' Insurmountable.'' All this crisis evolved even more when Nicolas Maduro took over the government in 2013, after the sudden death of former President Hugo Chávez. Since then, Venezuela has seen nothing but a constant process of systematic destruction towards all its points: political, economic, social, industrial, and even tourist, because Venezuela is currently considered one of the most dangerous countries in the world, and in turn is one of the countries that top the list of death rates due to crime. Organized crime, political mafias, centralization of public powers and constant repression and censorship of popular opinion is a constant in Venezuela, and is currently considered by many governments around the world as a dictatorial government.

In the last four years, Venezuela has reached a point of massive destruction, which recorded the highest rate of emigration in its history, due to the precarious quality of life and the inhumane conditions in which they live in that country. Even the media has been a victim of all this chaos, resulting in censorship towards the Venezuelan media or simply towards anyone who tries to speak negatively about the government of Nicolás Maduro.

It was not until January of this year, when things began to take a path of hope for Venezuela, due to the proclamation of Juan Guaido as interim president of the country, in what he stated that he would firmly seek:

  1. The end of the usurpation by the government of Nicolas Maduro
  2. To establish a transition government
  3. A fair presidential elections

The interim government led by Juan Guaido has received the support of most countries around the world, including the governments of France, Spain, Germany, and the US.

US President Donald Trump and Senator Marco Rubio have consistently shown support for Venezuela and the search for freedom and restoration of democracy in that country, a process that seems to consolidate after Russia announced on Monday June 3 the withdrawal of all its troops and military personnel in Venezuela, as Washington interprets the gesture as a compromise to finally negotiate a peaceful and consensual change in the government of the South American country, something that will undoubtedly happen very soon, and Venezuelan people will be able to recover what they have been looking for so many time; their FREEDOM!
