Misplaced Outrage

Virtue signaling reaches fever pitch in our country regarding illegal alien detention, but where is the outrage for our own broken prison system?

The “outrage” of indignant and blustering virtue signalers in the USA has reached fever pitch these days, and nothing triggers the mentally delicate like the current and trendy topic of outrage over “separating parents from their children” in overcrowded alien detention centers on our border.

This topic is enough to send people on the Left into near apoplexy over the “plight of the children!” AOC heads to the border dressed in her designer white clothing, slathered in her red lipstick—face screwed up in agony (over an empty parking lot), and the staged photos saturate the “news” cycle for days. Hollywood screeches in unison like any band of harpies straight from the Pit: “Concentration Camps! Concentration Camps!” while collapsing into pearl-clutching heaps of quivering jelly (dismembering newborn American babies is all good and fine though). Nancy Pelosi parades around MS13, wishing they were her grandchildren. The list of insanity can go on for days...

But, the one fact absent in all the fake outrage and hysterics is this: These people don’t have to be separated—they are free to leave—and go home! As President Trump rightfully stated: If the detainees are unhappy with their status of being separated, or their living quarters, as they pursue a legal pathway into the USA—they are free to WALK OUT THE DOOR, with their kids, and return to their country of origin, and begin the citizenship processes there. End of story. They are just not allowed to invade our country. It is baffling to me about how this simple and logical fact can not be grasped by so many people on the Left—either purposefully, or through sheer ignorance. What “concentration camp” allows you to leave if you choose? What “concentration camp” did people volunteer themselves into? Get out of here with that garbage!

Now, how about all of the American parents sitting in jails, separated from their children, for lesser crimes than illegal entry into the country? Our prisons are loaded with Americans in county jails just rotting away for months at a time for infractions like unpaid parking tickets, small amounts of marijuana possession, etc. because they are low income and cannot afford bond. Their children are SEPARATED from them, and in numerous cases as we see coming to light, sold into human trafficking through the State foster care sex trafficking highway. Where is the outrage?!

Here is how American prisoners are treated for petty crimes (and remember, detainees ARE NOT PRISONERS AND ARE FREE TO LEAVE)— let alone concern for separating them from their children!

American citizens are being treated worse than prisoners in North Korea, for “crimes” that should NEVER have them even see the inside of a jail cell, let alone be killed or have their families irreparably destroyed over. And no, they aren’t free to just leave these prisons. They are literal prisoners, with (apparently) next to zero rights, not even human rights.

Folks, this whole “separating the children” hysteria is another ploy from the evil and corrupt Left, and is strictly about illegal voting, and stealing districts, house seats, and toppling red states. Once into this country, the “care for the children” is zero—thrown upon the already shackled and struggling American working class, and the politicians continue to lie and steal in their quest for totalitarian control. The Left is the party of death—and have used the “children” as a pawn for as long as I can remember—going all the way back to Hillary Clinton’s seemingly virtuous statement of, “It takes a village.” No, it doesn’t. It just takes love and honesty—none of which are currently involved in the hysteria surrounding the illegal immigration issue.
