Celebrities Donald Trump Has Blocked on Twitter

He's said some pretty unruly things and has even come close to starting wars on it, but let's take a peak at some celebrities Donald Trump has blocked on Twitter.

He's used the social media website for a host of tirades, from calling out Kim Jon Un and then nicknaming him "Rocket Man," to blundering over the concept of a hurricane, then he's even gone bashing writers like J.K. Rowling and Stephen King. But, one thing President Donald Trump hasn't truly done while on the site is make America great again, as his slogan so adamantly read now two year's old. If you've ever wondered who Trump's been most annoyed with on the canals of social media, follow this lovely guide. It's almost like the exact opposite of his Fake News Awards, despite the fact that said viewing may actually be a comic riot. Someone, please get Trump out of the White House.

Still, in that time he's actually amassed a pretty hefty list of unlikables, and this isn't the first time. Before garnering the title of president, Trump has used this "fingers in ears" routine for a number of people. For him, the new equivalent of unfriending on Facebook has turned to blocking people on Twitter. You'd be surprised—or, maybe not—but it's even more shocking to realize this is our American president we're talking about: a man who seemingly dislikes the very notion of what America has stood for over two centuries' worth of time. He's effectively and singlehandedly reshaped the idea of the ideal American and, so far as I can tell, has only bridled this damaged image even more so in the following new year. Thanks to his arrogant and flamboyant attitude, in addition to these instances of Trump on Twitter, we now call into question the leader of the free world. I was going to say that these celebrities Donald Trump has blocked on Twitter should receive some awards, but I think they already have...

Holly Figueroa O’Reilly

Fierce and otherwise adamant about her political beliefs, in addition to her rather curt feelings on Trump, Holly Figueroa O’Reilly, a singer and songwriter, went after the American president following his tweet concerning British Prime Minister last May. His tweet read:

“British Prime Minister May was very angry that the info the U.K. gave to U.S. about Manchester was leaked. Gave me full details!”

In response, Holly went after him hard and unrelenting. She first criticized him by calling him a "bloody idiot," along with other names like "national embarrassment," "Nostradumbass," and even "the whitest man that ever whited." O'Reilly was promptly blocked, but she may get this revoked thanks to the Knight First Amendment Institute, which has threatened Trump with legal action should she, and ex-cyclist Joe Papp, remain blocked Twitter users.

Andy Signore

This is a rather interesting addition to the various celebrities Donald Trump has blocked on Twitter: the creator of Honest Trailers on YouTube. Andy Signore did nothing overtly extraneous, besides voice his opinions, of course, but this didn't stop Trump from quickly silencing him.

Like O'Reilly, Signore swiftly attacked the president when he misquoted the mayor of London. His response, which landed him into the Trump Block Zone about seven hours after, reads:

"I am so damn sick of bully @realDonaldTrump taking words out of context to act out his agenda of fear, corruption & bigotry. #NotMyPresident.”

Marina Sirtis

Actress in Star Trek: The Next Generation, Marina Sirtis also found herself among celebrities Donald Trump has blocked on Twitter when she fired off some unsavory remarks at him concerning Russiagate and his handling of the entire situation. On May 8th, the actress wrote:

"@realDonaldTrump threatening to go to WAR to deflect from Russiagate!! Willing to let our boys die to save his sorry ass!"

Not even ten minutes went by (a total of six to be exact) before she was blocked by Trump. It took a single tweet to get her name on the list, so I can't imagine what others have said...

Anne Rice

The author of Interview With the Vampire fame found herself among celebrities Donald Trump has blocked on Twitter when she offered insight into the health care plan way back on June 25th. Anne Rice has inserted political and social insights on countless other world affairs, and when it comes to Trump it's almost as if he wants to make it a big deal. He loves the show of it all, the drama and, of course, the glow of the spotlight.

Similar to her counterpart Sirtis, Anne Rice also sent a single tweet that actually wasn't even really directed at the president, but still got him fired up so much he had to take action. Her words went as follows:

“The Trump-GOP health care plan is a tax cut for the rich. Millions will lose coverage. A complete rip off.”

Eugene Gu

The surgeon and medical examiner Eugene Gu really stuck it to the chief of America after his childish "covfefe" rant. He may not necessarily be one, but I guess he is now, since he's been added to the celebrities Donald Trump has blocked on Twitter when he wrote:

"Covfefe: The same guy who doesn’t proofread his Twitter handles the nuclear button."

With only 48,000 followers, Gu isn't exactly the prime time suspect Trump is accustomed to, but that didn't stop him from chopping him off his followers list. As a researcher on stem cells and an advocate for pro-life initiatives, Gu was one of the only people truly taken aback by the presidential Twitter blockade, but he had some interesting remarks concerning the modern world of the internet. He said this concerning the president's action against him:

"After he blocked me, I felt really sad and left out. I still feel like the area underneath his tweets is the most engaging area in all of social media."

Rob Szczerba

A rocket scientist and X Tech Ventures CEO, Rob Szczerba would become another one of the celebrities Donald Trump has blocked on Twitter when he targeted the president's misspelled inclination for caffeine. Like practically the entire world, Szczerba had a field day with the president's confused tweet:

"I heard #covfefe is a new flavor from Ben & Jerry’s. But it’s mostly just nuts!"

Just like that, covfefe became a laughing stock and riot all over the Twitter-verse, but that also landed Szczerba on Trump's blocked list. Following the "covfefe" tweet, and Trump's pulling out of the Paris accord, Szczerba felt that the tweet was harmless and "cute," but I guess Trump thought otherwise.

Rosie O'Donnell

Oh, Rosie, what did you do? When it comes to Trump and Rosie O'Donnell, as I'm sure everyone knows already, their feud has been ongoing for quite some time. This past year, though, O'Donnell really packed the icing on the cake when she brought up the Russiagate concerns, and drove them home in her own fashion:

"on ur back ? dear god don - the russians bought their train ticket - u r confused -prostitutes peeed on ur back in moscow"

Pretty harsh, I have to say, but it's nothing when it comes to celebrities Donald Trump has blocked on Twitter. I'm sure, after discovering her being on the president's naughty list, that it made no difference, given she hasn't stopped ripping him a new one. Hating on Trump never looked so hilarious.

Stephen King

The literal king of literary horror would likewise find himself among celebrities Donald Trump has blocked on Twitter when the author of innumerable books had consistently, without restraint, criticized the president's actions. Without ever tagging him, Stephen King had discussed such topics as health care, Iran, and even Trump's backlashing of JK Rowling.

One really harsh tweet even targeted the president's daughter, but others were more or less discussing the role that Trump has taken since gaining power. The most hilarious one of them all was submitted after he was blocked, on June 13th:

"Trump has blocked me from reading his tweets. I may have to kill myself."

He doesn't write for children, after all.

Chrissy Teigen

Without actually speaking it, Chrissy Teigen basically said Dear Donald: Please Shut the F*&^ Up, and that inevitably landed her with the other celebrities Donald Trump has blocked on Twitter. Blatantly, the model and cookbook author simply wrote, in reply to the president's tweet concerning mounting Republican opposition towards him:

"Lolllllll no one likes you"

He didn't like that very much, not one bit. You don't have to say much to get on Trump's naughty list, but Teigen was pretty much immediately sent to the blocked zone. This didn't stop her from continuing the storm of comments:

"After 9 years of hating Donald J Trump, telling him "lol no one likes you" was the straw"

Bess Kalb

In accordance with a number of her Tweets meeting Trump's "I don't want to hear this right now" guidelines, Bess Kalb was slapped with a strict block as her president-directed Tweets only escalated further. A writer for Jimmy Kimmel Live, Kalb met this untimely presidential silence when, on May 28th, she wrote:

"Honestly, hun this is all so far over your head. If you need to have another ‘bone spur’ and let Mike take over, no one will blame you."

That wasn't even the half of it. Kalb had been, as the youth say nowadays, "coming at the president's neck" for a while now and was among many celebrities Trump has blocked on Twitter in relatively swift fashion. In response to being blocked, Kalb wrote that she must have "hurt his feelings," which isn't so farfetched if you really think about it. Eh, we gave him a chance, am I right?
