What's Next?
In this age of unreason there is much that one must face. Being brought up with so many options has led to an uneven Huxleyan revolution. One I’m driven to think is by design, but honestly that may just be the ego in me.

The Four Day Split: Revised
Lifting weights has been revised and rewritten so many times in today's modern age that gyms today are hardly recognizable. I am not knocking on Crossfit, OrangeTheory Fitness, Stretchzones, and the other nouveau workouts. In fact, quite the opposite; nowadays people who would never work out are inspired by these differential workout routines. It is really awesome to see a nation, a world, get out and active (as we should be).

The Normalization of Extreme Violence
Extremism and all the other -isms that exist out there are not usually pretty things. They instigate us, embroil us, and fuel us with unhealthy emotions: for most of us, rage (at the idiocy of the fundamental ideal) and sadness mixed in with a little bit of fear (would be classified as the healthy response, by most psychologists).
